MapiLab has recently changed their offering for the Email scheduler and has included it in their Mapilab Toolbox which has a total of 19 different add-on's for Microsoft Office suite. One of those being the Email Scheduler add-on that is great for sending identical emails on certain days/times.
Email Scheduler add-on has support for the following Operating systems and Office Suites:
- Microsoft Outlook 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007, 2003, 2002/XP;
- Microsoft Office 365 with desktop Outlook version;
- Microsoft Windows 10, 8, 7, Vista, 2003, XP.
This add-on allow you to not only schedule emails to be sent out at a per-determined time and day, but also:
- Fully Automate other tasks such as attaching files to emails
- Send a message at a certain time and day
- Attach Folders as well if needed
Reoccurring weekly or daily emails will no longer be a hassle with this add-on, even the most important Emails that come from your Network Monitoring Systems. You have the ability to easily include a single recipient or multiple recipients if needed to your scheduled email. You can also send the same email at whatever time interval you wish as well.
